Description
The Water Hammer Arrestor Kit for a 1-1/2" system includes everything you need to stop water hammer on your system. The kit includes the following parts water hammer arrestor, tee, 4-inch nipple, elbow, close nipple, union, and roll of pink Teflon tap. Assembly required. This part is special order only.
Water hammer arrestor kits are used to prevent the potentially damaging effects of water hammer which is defined as a pressure surge or wave caused when a fluid in motion is forced to stop or change directions suddenly.
